Most of Heartland Heirlooms furniture is delivered blanket wrapped by professional delivery companies. We partner with several Third-Party delivery companies that cover most of the Continental US. These professionals are well schooled in the handling and assembly of your Amish furniture.
*Standard Residential Door-to-door Delivery is $299 per invoice available to most zip codes in the contiguous United States to the east of the Mississippi River. For addresses to the west of the Mississippi, the shipping cost is $499 per invoice.
Your items will be delivered as close as possible to your home and unloaded from the truck. You are responsible for moving the furniture inside and all required assembly.
White Glove In-home Delivery is available for an additional $50. White Glove In-home Delivery includes the delivery company bringing your furniture into your home, placing it in the room of your choice, and fully assembling all pieces. If you have old furniture that needs to be removed you are responsible to move your old furniture so we can place our products where you need it. We will not move any old furniture as our shipping companies do not have insurance to cover this. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote. The customer is responsible for all duty/customs fees.

Returns
All furniture should be inspected at time of delivery. Should you find that an item was damaged in shipping or defective in any way, we will, at our discretion, have the item repaired or replaced at no cost to you. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item. Damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
